TMZ reports that while Pam Anderson had previously decided, no doubt while doped up or dying or something, to marry professional celeb porn promoter Rick Salomon – the man whose claim to fame is that he was the guy in the Paris Hilton sex tape, she was going to divorce him, she changed her mind and now she’s actually pregnant with his kid and wants to divorce him again.
I love Pam Anderson, I think she’s a class act because she’s totally honest about where her appeal is but this is seeming more and more like Kim Cattrall’s publicity mustering stint prior to signing on to do the “Sex and the City” movie. Cattrall went back and forth repeatedly under the guise of being unsure if the script was going to be good enough and it got her some press. The entire thing was ludicrous because script quality had never before been a priority in Cattrall’s decision making process about which project to work on and yet here we were being asked to believe it was.
For Pam Anderson, the entire marriage has been completely ludicrous in the sense that she and Rick Salomon had known each other for all of 5 minutes prior to getting married. They’ve literally spent more time thinking about whether to stay married than they spent together before they got married.
Maybe she’s nervous because she’s growing out of her money making bod and needs to ensure attention is still paid. What I want to know is, what does Rick Salomon DO? Yes, that’s the central issue here. [source]
