Malaysia’s main Islamic opposition party has said that they will only endorse a candidate who is a non smoker or who is willing to quit. The rationale is that smoking is “un-Islamic” and apparently if you do smoke you don’t really understand Islam. The relentless de-humanizing of women and the systematic aggressive ridiculing and dismantling of all other forms of belief, however, are right in line with Islam so if you’ve got those then you’ll be fine. For a week or so now, people have been finding little packages of Japanese yen in public restrooms and no one knows why. Of course, the first thing that comes to my hypothesizing mind is that a Japanese truck stop hooker was in there, dolling out hand jobs for cash and she kept her money in an envelope. Then, when her pimp came round and caught her doing calculus homework in an attempt to transcend the cycle of abuse she was caught in he beat the shit out of her and accidentally killed her so rather than obsess over getting the money he had to figure out how to get rid of the body. Money is actually being found all over the country in public toilets and the each package comes with little notes that say, "fund your self-enrichment" and that sort of sounds like something mystical or religious. That last part about the notes etc really blows my theory out of the water I think. [source]
