Trumping the brochure related failure of the Oklahoma Mayor who suggested that kids take up phone sex instead of binge drinking, a safety leaflet in the widely known language of Urdu has been distributed by Strathclyde Fire and Safety to ethnic minorities across Scotland instructing people to grab the nearest donkey and leap out a window in case of fire.
