It's got to suck to firstly tie in an election, lose the deciding coin toss, having your winning opponent die and then being told that you STILL can't take the seat you nearly won and all because of procedure.
At the end of the day it's important to remember that, as any government worker knows: bureaucratic procedure is the only thing that will not let you down. People die, pets bite, cigarettes give you cancer, alcohol numbs the crippling emotional pain for only so long.
Administrative and bureaucratic procedure is what keeps you safe. Ahere at all costs.
