Look at that, David Duchovny HAS been cheating on Tea Leoni. What an all encompassing surprise. I thought for a minute there that he had actually been, as the publicist had said, bona fide porn and sex addict without having had extra marital affairs and it was all too convenient and weird. It was a bit like smoking marijuana and not inhaling. I mean, really.
The Daily Mail reports that he has actually admitted to affairs and that he’s now in rehab for Sex Addicts but Duchovny's lawyers won't comment.
As much as all that is fine and he may well be a sex addict and he may well be in rehab blah blah, I always find it suspect when celebrities end up with real life situations that echo their work. Like Zach Efron and Vanessa Hudgens dating despite the fact that while Zach may or may not be gay, he’s sure as hell less capable of being in love with another person than his own reflection.
So, ok…fine…lets see how this plays out. Gillian Anderson must be rolling her eyes at this point. She’s so totally normal and lovely. I’m not even saying that because I’m gay and she’s a glam woman who has had to deal with crap. Nope, she just seems classy. [source]
